Getting Started
What Fexr is and what you need to begin.
01.What is Fexr and who is it for?
Fexr is a social onchain trading platform with market intelligence. Individual traders follow leaderboards, copy strategy templates with real backtest stats, and trade on Hyperliquid from their own wallets under capped, revocable permissions. Alongside trading, Fexr Markets delivers on-demand intelligence across crypto, stocks & ETFs, and commodities — pay per query, or the Enterprise plan for teams.
02.What do I need to start trading?
Download the Fexr Wallet app (iOS or Android), connect your own wallet, and fund it with USDC via Arbitrum. Set a spending cap you're comfortable with and you're ready to trade on Hyperliquid. No account handover, no minimums.
03.Where do trades actually execute?
On Hyperliquid, one of the deepest onchain markets. Trades are funded with USDC moved via the Arbitrum network, and withdrawals can only go back to your own wallet.
04.Do I need to be a crypto expert?
No. Signals arrive with plain-English risk summaries, strategy templates show their backtest results before you commit, and the AI trading assistant lets you say what you want in plain English — with a preview and confirmation before anything executes.
05.Which markets can I trade?
Trading executes on Hyperliquid's onchain markets. Market intelligence goes wider: reports cover crypto, stocks & ETFs, and commodities.
Custody & Safety
Who holds what, and what protects you.
06.Who holds my funds?
You do. Your funds never leave your wallet. You grant Fexr a capped, revocable trading permission — set a spending cap, revoke it anytime. Fexr is never a custodian.
07.What is the spending cap and how do I change it?
The cap is the maximum the trading permission can use — you set it when you connect and can raise it, lower it, or revoke the permission entirely at any time from the app.
08.Can a trade happen without my approval?
No. Every order previews before it executes and requires your confirmation. Autonomous goal sessions (early access) run only within the target, loss floor, and spending cap you define — and you can pause, resume, or exit anytime.
09.What security is in place?
Sessions use device-bound authentication, every action is audit-logged, and wallet addresses are screened against sanctions lists. Withdrawals can only go back to your own wallet.
10.Is trading on Fexr risk-free?
No. Self-custody protects you from platform risk, but trading still involves market risk. Backtest stats describe the past, not the future — only trade what you can afford to lose.
Copy Trading & Signals
Following traders, copying strategies, and the AI assistant.
11.How does copying a strategy work?
Traders publish strategy templates with backtest results and copy counts. You copy one with a tap and it runs under your own spending cap — every order previews before it executes. Fexr does not mirror another person's live trades.
12.How do I know if a strategy is any good?
Every template shows its backtest results and how many traders have copied it. Leaderboards rank traders by verified performance — no screenshots, no vibes. Past performance doesn't guarantee the future, but you never copy blind.
13.Do the traders I follow control my money?
No. They publish strategies and signals — they never touch your funds. Everything you copy runs from your own wallet, under your own cap, with your own confirmations.
14.What does the AI trading assistant do?
You tell it what you want in plain English — it prepares the order, shows you a preview with a plain-English risk summary, and executes only after you confirm. It works from the same AI signal feed available across Fexr.
15.How do signals reach me?
Via push notification, Telegram, or email — each with a plain-English risk summary. You decide what to act on; nothing executes without your confirmation.
Market Intelligence & Pricing
Reports, x402 per-query pricing, and how Fexr makes money.
16.What is Fexr market intelligence?
On-demand reports across crypto, stocks & ETFs, and commodities — sentiment, listings, on-chain metrics and more. Query what you need, when you need it. No subscription required.
17.How does pay-per-query pricing work?
You pay per query in USDC via the x402 protocol: Snapshot $0.50, Deep Intelligence $2.00, Cohort Compare $5.00, Predictive $10, Competitive Intelligence $25. The Basic plan itself is $0 — you only pay for the queries you run.
18.How does Fexr make money?
Three ways: a percentage of trading fees, a percentage of swap fees, and Markets plans — Basic at $0 with pay-per-query pricing, or Enterprise at $2,500/year with no per-query fees.
19.Is there a free tier?
Yes — the Basic plan is $0 with no subscription. You pay only the fixed x402 price of each query you run, starting at $0.50.
Enterprise Plan
What the $2,500/year plan includes and who it's for.
20.What does the Enterprise plan include?
For $2,500/year: token tracking across crypto, stocks & ETFs, and commodities; competitor listing monitoring for understanding valuations; timely pulse coverage; institutional events; AI-powered Deep Research; and on-chain metrics — with no x402 per-query fees.
21.Who is the Enterprise plan for?
Teams, funds, and projects that query intelligence at volume — where per-query pricing stops making sense and continuous coverage starts mattering. One plan, every signal, no metering.
22.Do Enterprise customers still pay x402 fees?
No. The Enterprise plan removes x402 per-query fees entirely. Basic-plan users keep paying the unchanged per-query prices.

Builders & API
Integrating Fexr into your own stack.
24.What can I build on Fexr?
A full REST API covers trading signals, market data, and account activity, with replay-safe webhooks for real-time events. Developer docs and getting-started guides are at fexr.io/getting-started-api.
25.How does API authentication work?
Fexr uses device-bound tokens (DPoP) alongside API keys: an intercepted token is useless without the private key that signs each request, so credentials can't be replayed from another device. Every API action is audit-logged.
26.Is there a sandbox?
Yes — a sandbox environment mirrors production behavior so you can test integrations without live transactions. See the getting-started guide for setup.
27.Where is Fexr incorporated?
Fexr is incorporated in the DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, as a technology company. The platform is non-custodial: your funds stay in your own wallet, under a capped, revocable permission you control.
