What a desk gets, you get
A trading desk keeps custody of its own money. It uses tools that show their work, buys data by the question, and runs on limits enforced in code rather than good intentions. None of that requires a nine-figure balance sheet. Fexr is the whole of it, built for one person with a wallet.
Finance asks you to hand something over before it will deal with you. There are four usual asks.
Custody
Give us the coins and we'll give you an interface. The venue holds the asset; you hold a claim against the venue.
Capital
Minimum sizes, accredited tiers, professional-clients-only. The price of entry is proof you didn't need to be there.
A contract
Want to ask the market a question? Annual seat, procurement cycle, sales call. The answer is the same either way.
Credentials
API agreements, key issuance, identity documents. The software you wrote has to ask a human for permission first.
Markets should be open to the person with $500, not just the desk with $500 million
We took all four asks out. Not as a slogan — as a set of decisions you can check, one at a time, against the pages that own them.
You keep custody, so there is nothing to hand over. Ten dollars opens the door. Answers are priced per question instead of per contract. And a machine can pay for one without asking anybody first.
The rest of this page is the evidence. Every claim below links to the page that proves it, including the ones that are inconvenient for us.
What it costs to walk in
Access is the first gate and the easiest one to pretend you've removed. Here is the actual bill.
Ten dollars.
$10 in USDC over Arbitrum is the minimum deposit. The bridge settles in one to three minutes and costs under a cent in gas. From there: 150+ markets across crypto, equities and commodities, at up to 50× leverage on the majors. Perpetuals
No identity documents.
In eligible regions you connect a wallet and trade — no KYC file, no approval queue. Trading is restricted in the USA, the UK for retail, Ontario, Belgium and OFAC-sanctioned territories. What's restricted
Ownership, if leverage isn't for you.
Hyperliquid spot hands you the actual token. No leverage, no liquidation price to watch, withdraw whenever. Spot market
Say it rather than build it.
Describe a token-to-token swap in plain English; the assistant shows you the route and waits for your confirmation. A 0.5% integrator fee applies — we'd rather print that here than bury it. Swaps
No account to read the market.
A single market answer is buyable over x402 with no signup, no API key and no card on file. The payment is the authentication. Market Signals
Free before you're a customer.
Live prices, currency converters across USD, INR, AED and EUR, and step-by-step buying guides — all readable without an account or a wallet. Prices · Converter · How to buy
in USDC is the entire cost of entry. The Arbitrum bridge settles in one to three minutes and costs less than a cent in gas.
The same instruments, none of them withheld
Retail products are usually the professional product with the interesting parts removed. These are the parts.
Traders who show their work.
Leaderboards rank on verified performance, and every strategy template carries its backtest results and copy count before you commit to it. Reputation is earned in public, not claimed in a bio. Copy strategies
An agent that trades to a brief.
Say the order in plain English and confirm it, enable a trader's strategy with a tap, or set a goal and let the agent work toward it on live signals — all inside the permission you granted. Trading Agent
A terminal's worth of data.
30 signals across 8 categories — market data, fundamentals, capital and supply, flows, governance, research, tools and cohort intelligence — over 500+ assets and 5,000+ protocols. Market Signals
Continuous coverage, when queries stop making sense.
Token tracking across crypto, stocks & ETFs and commodities, competitor listing monitoring, pulse coverage, institutional events and AI Deep Research, on one plan. Enterprise
A treasury that remembers why.
A vault is a smart contract holding a group's money, with the decisions, the membership, the work and the record as one object around it. A multisig can move funds but can't tell you what the vote decided. Vaults
Liquidity that stays yours.
Issuers of tokenised assets keep the pool and the capital; Fexr runs the quoting engine, steered by live signal intelligence. Venue and asset agnostic, and we never hold the keys. Market Making
spent globally on insights and market research in a year — an industry that sells through annual contracts, panels and seat licences. We price the same instinct by the question.

Priced by the question, not by the door
A price list is a statement of who you'll deal with. Ours is published in full, and it starts at a cent.
A cent.
Asset metrics, derivatives, exchange data and news are $0.01 a call. Network activity $0.02, protocol financials $0.05, smart-money flow and the AI copilot $0.10, token unlocks $0.25. Full catalog
Two dollars for a cited report.
Deep Research, Asset Diligence and Sector Research come back sourced and structured. Cohort intelligence runs five tiers, from a $0.50 snapshot to $25 competitive intel. Query pricing
$2,500 a year, when metering stops making sense.
The Fexr Seat removes per-call fees across the whole catalog and adds the continuous Enterprise coverage. It's the cheaper option at volume, and we'll say so. Enterprise plan
We add nothing to the trade.
Hyperliquid charges 0.01% maker and 0.035% taker. Fexr adds no fee on top of a perpetuals trade — a $10,000 round trip costs $7.00 in taker fees, all of it the venue's. Fee structure
Agents pay what you pay.
x402 settles a USDC micropayment per call over plain HTTP. No account, no key issuance, no contract to negotiate — an autonomous system buys the same report at the same price. LLM Skills
Our cut, not theirs.
Refer someone and you earn $25 once they've paid $50 in fees, plus 10% of their fees for six months, plus $25, $100 and $500 bonuses at five, twenty-five and a hundred friends. It comes out of our share — they pay the same either way. Refer & earn
x402 transactions settled since May 2025 — each one a stablecoin payment over plain HTTP with no account behind it. The rail Fexr Markets bills on.
An open door is not an unguarded one
Removing the gatekeeper removes the person who was supposed to catch mistakes. So the checking had to move into the software, where you can read it.
The key is made on your phone and stays there.
Generated on the device, never held by Fexr, and able to live on a FIDO2 security key so it is never at rest on the phone at all. One phrase covers 29 networks. The wallet
Six checks before every send.
Every send and every WalletConnect approval sheet runs six checks across three severities: info annotates, warning cautions, critical blocks. Offline and deterministic, so a network failure can't quietly wave one through. What it checks
It reads the address before you do.
An address that closely matches a saved contact but isn't it — the classic poisoning attack — stays blocked until you confirm every character. Counterfeit tokens don't get a row in your balance list. Address & token checks
Your hardware can hold the line.
A Ledger, a Tangem NFC card or a passkey signs the trade itself. Private keys never leave the device they were made on. Cold wallets
A ceiling and an expiry.
The trading permission you grant states how much, which assets, what leverage and for how long. Revocable at any moment, and your funds never move to a Fexr account — the cap is the boundary, not custody. The permission
Limits in the execution path, not in a prompt.
Before any order reaches the market it is checked against spending cap, position size, stop-loss and loss floor. A failed check rejects the order and writes the reason to an audit log. The agent cannot adjust the limits. Agentic safety
The contract holds the money.
Inside a vault, the smart contract enforces its own terms and your wallet signs. Fexr is only the social half — who is in it, what they agreed, who confirmed what, and the record that outlasts them. Vault safety
checks run before your key is asked to sign anything — on every send, and on every WalletConnect approval sheet. Most wallets only know how to say yes.
The door swings both ways
A market without gatekeepers isn't one we stand at the front of either. Everything here is reachable without asking us first.
Build on it.
REST endpoints and replay-safe webhooks for trading activity, wallet events and signal feeds — secured with device-bound DPoP tokens and API keys under full audit logs, so a stolen credential can't be replayed from another machine. Teams & Funds · API & webhooks

Argue with it.
Nine essays putting our positions in public where they can be checked: the VASP test applied to SaaS vendors, custody models for AI trading agents, what happens when a sanctioned wallet calls the contract. On The Record
The parts we don't get to skip
Every decision above has a cost attached, and most of the cost lands on you rather than on us. A mission page that only lists the upside isn't a mission, it's an advert.
So here is what removing the gatekeeper actually removes, and the things we've decided not to build.
Self-custody means we never hold it — that's the point — and it also means there is no support ticket that reverses a signed transaction or restores a lost key. Hardware signing and passkey backup exist because of this, not in spite of it.
Every perpetual and spot order executes on Hyperliquid — one venue, and we are not about to claim otherwise. Swapping is the exception: those route through providers across a dozen bridges and DEXs, because getting a token from one chain to another is not something a single venue does well. See the routing venues
Money arrives as USDC over Arbitrum and leaves the same way. Withdrawals can only return to the wallet you connected — a restriction, and a deliberate one: nobody can redirect your funds somewhere else.
Trading is restricted in the USA, the UK for retail, Ontario, Belgium and OFAC-sanctioned territories. Open access has borders drawn by other people.
We don't hold customer funds, take the other side of your trade, or custody an issuer's liquidity. Rather than ask you to assume that distinction matters, we wrote down the reasoning where you can disagree with it. Read the position
When you speak an order, you see it and confirm it before it goes. A copied strategy or a running agent session does not stop for each order — it runs inside limits you set in advance, and every order is still checked before it reaches the market. Those are different promises and we won't blur them.
